Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pagana, Dimmu's unruly daughter. Submissive females like her own mother Purpaidh set her black blood boiling. Unfortunately she was expected to be exactly the same. Sitting at home watching over these annoying hatchlings, and the guys soaring through tree-breaking winds while they're out hunting, no way! She left her home to live like a nomad, moving from place to place. This is the life she would live until the end of her days! Or so she thought...

During her travels, the pretty black met the Guardian Niftelonius. He caught her eye, and he hers, too. They had an egg together, but she grew restless, and left. He took care of their egg, as guarding and looking after the weaker is in his blood. When Pagana returned once more, a healthy Black hatchling stepped forward to welcome back his mother.  

This is how their life has been ever since; Pagana swinging between home and away, and Niftelonius awaiting her. Although physically separated their hearts will always belong together.
