Anagallis Dragons are a medium-sized omnivorous breed. Widespread and adaptable, their easygoing nature enables them to flourish under most conditions. They are social creatures, fun-loving and outgoing, and will readily defend smaller dragons from others’ aggression. They are fond of sunshine, and can often be found basking on rocks; on cloudy or stormy days they are more reluctant to venture out, and will often hide themselves away until the weather is more favorable.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
The less talented and artistically adept sister of Color, Paint lacks a lot of what her sister has. A lot of this boils down to her lack of motivation. Paint is the kind of dragon who can't stick to one thing for more than a day, which may possibly be the result of a disorder such as ADD. This hasn't been confirmed by her family, but it wouldn't be all that surprising if it were true. Even so, Paint is a sweet, lovable dragon. She is especially social, loving huge crowds and conversation and loud parties, which is great because her family lives by a consistently populated lake. Like her aunt, Eggshell, Paint has the power to almost instantly make friends with anyone, not just other dragons, although she does love a good bit of meat in her diet. Though maybe not necessarily the most sympathetic, Paint is a fantastic conversationalist, able to talk to about anyone about anything, even when she has no idea what the other is talking about. This talent makes her a favorite by the lake.
