Anagallis Dragons are a medium-sized omnivorous breed. Widespread and adaptable, their easygoing nature enables them to flourish under most conditions. They are social creatures, fun-loving and outgoing, and will readily defend smaller dragons from others’ aggression. They are fond of sunshine, and can often be found basking on rocks; on cloudy or stormy days they are more reluctant to venture out, and will often hide themselves away until the weather is more favorable.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shine is the hostess of her family. While her parents constantly throw ballistic parties in order to keep themselves occupied, Shine is going around and serving all the guests. She teams very well with her Tetra relatives, who also have a knack for serving and entertaining. Very often, she is mistaken for her aunt, Color's, child as opposed to Paint's. Shine is extremely polite, almost to a fault. She's probably said "sorry" more than any other word in her entire life. She's a pleaser, she needs to ensure that everyone is happy and at ease. If not, she begins to stress out. While they are generally capable of handling her in such states, her family can't always keep her stable. This can be especially so when someone takes advantage of her kindness. Shine is slow to realize such things and can often get caught up in more nefarious business without her knowledge. At that point, it becomes the duty of her cousins and younger brother to bail her out and protect her from further incidents.
