Among the most elusive of dragon breeds are the Aeon Wyverns, a breed whose innate control over time mana marks them singular and great. They are able to peer into the multi-dimensional plane of time, seeing all that is, all that has been, and all that could be—within a small localized zone. When utilizing particularly strong magic, the black markings carved into an Aeon’s body glow a bright cyan, painting them in an ethereal blue light. In the past, they have been sought after as oracles to bring swift resolutions to major conflicts, but it is in exactly such sorts of times that they are nowhere to be found; rather than influence the outcome, Aeons much prefer to allow the natural order of things to progress, however grim that may be.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Though generally reserved and quiet like her mother, Clock is a little more excitable and rigorous for an Aeon Wyvern. She enjoys the company of other dragons and especially seeing them happy. For this reason, she will actually break her breed's code to peer into the futures of others and use it to help solve minor issues or avoid certain awkward outcomes. This worries her mother immensely, no matter how many times Clock assures her she only uses her power to absolve very minor incidents and solemnly promises not to interfere with greater events. This continuous debacle results in their relationship being somewhat fraught, though it's nothing compared to the hatred her brother and father feel for one another. Truthfully, Clock loves her mother dearly and understands her fears. She only wishes she'd be willing to trust her more and not be so ashamed of their breed's wonderful power. Clock has a philosophy that great power shouldn't be feared, but used as responsibly as possible.
