Antarean Dragons are peaceful creatures shrouded in mystery. They are primarily found in the desert where they get most of their energy from sunbathing. Their most notable traits are their highly reflective manes and the mysterious light emitted by their scales which fades from bright, nearly blinding yellow-white into dim red as the dragons get older. Legend claims that they are otherworldly beings that came to this world when a meteor struck.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

As with the rest of his breed, Sagitta shrouds himself in mystery and intrigue. He's a very quiet dragon, never really speaking (at least not to others, he does it a lot to himself) and usually remaining in the background. Sagitta sees himself and his life as... complicated. He never really feels satisfied with anything, so is constantly trying new things, both beneficial and detrimental and usually pretty infrequently. He's unpredictable, even to himself and he often questions his life and the world around him. However, there is one thing he is truly passionate about: astronomy. Every night, Sagitta will gaze out at the sky and draw intricately detailed star charts. His full collection is very impressive and could easily help one navigate during extensive travel, if only he lent them out. Sagitta is generally friendly, if pretty reclusive. He doesn't like to get in anyone's way, preferring to handle his own affairs and leave others to theirs. He may help if he feels it is needed.
