Magma Dragons are capable of withstanding the intense temperatures of their element. They live in volcanic regions, their bodies coated in the red hot magma which clings to their scales. They must leave the lava fields in order to hunt, although they require surprisingly little food to sustain their lumbering mass.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Gwres is one of the friendliest dragons of the cave, pacing around the Aquarius Clan, lost in thought for most of the day. In the evenings, he greets the others with a friendly cry, and walks beside them, discussing their day with abject interest, then giving them a big hug. Always a hug. Gwres loves to hug dragons, as he feels it is the best way to comfort them, although his hugs smother dragons in the magma that sticks to him. All of them know he means the best, but somehow that leaves their mind when they're picking pumice out of their scales for weeks. Noticing this, Gwres searched for a solution, something that could allow him to hug other dragons, but to no avail. Upset, he stopping comforting dragons, preferring to sit alone watching the other dragons from afar. When the rest of the cave noticed this, they decided that it was the thought that counted, and although he wasn't a good hugger, what mattered was that he tried.
