Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. He's a sharp dresser: if any human doubted a golden dragon could look good in a dark green coat and slacks, he's here to demonstrate they're wrong. Though he's made a lot of money during the last century of business, they are all either deposited in various banks and vaults or tied up in investments. Well, he does keep a little pile of gold in his and his partner's cave. Dragons gotta sleep on gold, and they're not about to forgo that tradition. The only time of year they give away the stock and supplies willy-nilly is in December, where he and his friends hand off a few cellars' worth of wine. They always get a lot of wine and other nice gifts in return.
