Neotropical Dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings and gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Mossy is about as cool of a dragon as you can get. He has the looks, the moves, and the personality. He's very chill, but also charismatic and easily likeable. He enjoys showing himself off, flashing his large, colorful wings to on-lookers to impress them or just get their attention. He's also an incredibly skilled hunter and flier, able to capture larger animals and race through heavy foliage with ease. Mossy loves a good race and competition in general. If he ever meets a suitable opponent, he will challenge them and race through the jungle. Sometimes, he'll even put some sort of crutch on himself to make things more interesting, such as wearing a blindfold or eliminating the use of his limbs or just racing in an environment he isn't used to. Even with his own restrictions, Mossy has never lost a race, and this has earned him a fair amount of rivals over the years. He's always cool about his winnings, though, never taking the praise too much to his head... not too much...
