When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

PearlWave is an Ocean dragon. As she cannot fly and doesn't care to walk much, she lives in the spring that runs inside her family cave and leads out into a large lake. She is peace loving by nature and often ducks underwater at the slightest sign of a quarrel, even if she isn't involved. She is as versatile in nature, easily adapting herself to any situation. She is talented at fighting and is being trained by Duskglider, though she isn't really interested in it. She prefers watching the stars with CloudFlare and Fierozasion and learning music. Her singing sounds remarkably like whalesong. She also collects all kinds of colourful and shiny objects which she keeps in an underwater nook of her own. What her plans are for those items are not really known, though she has been seen arranging them in strange patterns and creating whirlpools around them.
