Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Muntaz is a sly, snarky, and rather thin dragon, so one might not assume at first meeting that she had a part in several armed forces across the region: the Bravo Army, the Sierra-V Fliers, the Crule Legion of Suns, and many others, as "Private Muntaz", always a private. She now spends her days making leaf art and exercising, due to, essentially, getting fired from all of her jobs at once. Because she was in all these different groups and had covert operations in most, superiors ordered that her military roles be kept secret, for the safety and integrity of those factions. Against their orders and her better judgment, Muntaz revealed to the public what it was like to be a part of multiple forces, as a so-called private. Some kingdoms and states would've ended if it were not for her higher-ups' quick action. Leaders debated what to do with her and eventually made a decision: Muntaz was forced to retire and move to an undisclosed location, for exposing her private parts to the public.
