Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Yulebuck Blizzard is a truly strange dragon. Instead of making grandiose, ethereal appearances with much mystique and fanfare at nearby human villages during the holidays like all the other Christmas dragons do, Yulebuck Blizzard likes to start snowstorms there. No, this does not mean he is some psychotically evil Christmas dragon intent on ruining the holiday he was named after, this just means he likes snow and wishes the villagers would enjoy it. But the village children don't hate these snowstorms like their parents do, for Yulebuck Blizzard secretly steals candy from sweetshops owned by grumpy, stingy shopkeepers and throws them out with the storm. So, much to the confusion of their parents, the children run out in every snowstorm to get their Christmas treats -free candy, courtesy of Yulebuck Blizzard. And while they often tell their parents of this bizarre miracle, the adults never believe them, for they cannot see the magic like the children can, and they never will.
