Galvanic Wyverns possess a strength that seems impossibly vast for their size. They achieve this through their unique ability to extract magic in its purest form directly from mana. They then channel this energy throughout their bodies via the metallic conduits along their spines, wings, and tail tips, giving them their magically-augmented physical prowess, as well as the magical dexterity to lay devastating spells. However, once they have depleted a mana crystal, they are left vulnerable until they are able to harvest another.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Cabada describes himself as a power arbiter, and his work is in the Community Hall of Tealcrater. He speaks with authority but uses a lot of jargon and excessively circuitous phrasing to avoid talking about his job. He lives far under Sera Street, in what city planners describe as a "nice looking, sturdy abode producing weird vibes". The main entrance is a door with a knocker that apparently reads emotions. The place looks nicer than it feels: it's tidy and stately (if somewhat gaudily studded with jewels) but hot and somewhat lacking in fresh air. There are a lot of decorative items, but the most important one to Cabada is a Crule-thistle-shaped iridium structure with its own room, which he genuflects and mumbles to exactly once every five days. He claims to enjoy having guests but pays no mind to them, instead doing housework while they watch, and he refuses to accommodate boarders despite his house's spaciousness because "they" have willed it. Cabada is the subject of many rumors.
