Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

When Ireta was born, the elders almost instantly named her 'Ireta', which means 'angry enraged', as her father was one of the most hot-tempered dragons in the clan. However, now when she has become an adult, the name is somehow perceived as 'Warlike' instead.

Ireta doesn't have any special fighting technique. Surely, her magic is strong, but it's still far below that of the Magi or the Black. Moreover, she is so clumsy in day life activities that other dragons are willing to offer her anything she likes just to keep her stay in one place. However, once on the battlefield, she transforms into a different dragon. The love for war runs freely through her vein. Rage seethes and broils within her in the purest form. No ambition. No hatred. No anguish. Only rage. She throws herself into the fight with an incomparable intensity and overwhelms the clan's enemies with her will and spirit. There's nothing special about Ireta's power but her fierceness groups her with the clan's elite fighters.
