Olive Dragons are a small, forest-dwelling breed, rarely growing much larger than the average sheep. When alarmed, they can erect a long row of venomous spines on their back, serving to warn any potential predators that Olives are not a good choice for a meal. While not strong enough to kill anything larger than a small deer, their venom causes an extremely painful reaction and necrosis at the bite site, sometimes causing the flesh to rot and limbs to fall off.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Bog is slightly more tame than his brother, Rot. While Rot is more feral and isolated, Bog is more social. He sticks close by his parents, relying on them for protection. He rarely associates with his cousins or White relatives, especially Pristine, who sees his breed as a sort of scourge. (That being said, he knows better than to aggress Bog's family, for his sister, Raven, and Bog's mother is far more powerful than him.) Bog tends to be pretty shy, often scurrying away into whatever hiding place he can find whenever danger arises. He doesn't prefer engaging others. Whenever he's involved in a fight, his first reaction is to run. He doesn't even bother flaring his spines. His mother definitely isn't fond of this level of cowardice and often scolds him for not defending himself when necessary. As such, Bog is a little afraid of his mother, furthering his lack of confidence. He is generally friendly but falls flat in any kind of conversation. He is at least able to hunt for himself.
