Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Krui the Crier, Krui the Crybaby, Krui the klutz, Krui Crudface.
Krui grew up on these nicknames. Krui was forgotten in his youth, which made him a target of Sigero and his mother's bullying.
He was their puppet, treated no better than an animal. He kept his treatment to himself. He had to; they threatened his life.
Just before he was born, his father had been kidnapped by Creorluna. His mother suffered from insanity and few other dragons could be burdened with him. Aievez took him; she was sweet on the outside but the nastiest of them all inside.
Krui was the opposite of her son, Sigero. He was modest, sweet, strong-hearted, and noble. No one could be better than her oh-so-amazing son. So they ripped apart Krui for seventeen years before his father finally returned.
Krui hides the scars on his body, using magic, salves, and dye to keep them a secret. He doesn't want his noble father knowing that his son was cowardly enough to let someone rip him apart so wholly.
