Falconiform Wyverns are normally shy creatures. However, when approached, they often feel threatened, and the flames along their bodies leap higher. Females tend to be smaller than males, though Falconiform Wyverns are typically rather large overall. They use their size to their advantage by hunting smaller dragons. The Falconiform’s graceful, swooping dives are said to resemble birds of prey. Falconiforms are largely solitary dragons that only meet in order to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ichiou idolizes her older brother Ikanaide, and sometimes follows him around when he comes home to the caves. She envies the Avatar of Destruction's happy love life, and constantly finds herself wondering how a dragon so prone to anger and brooding managed to find a White Dragon mate. Utterly shy and unwilling to approach others of her own volition, Ichiou instead observes those around her and tries to figure out how dragons manage to even catch each other's attention in the first place. Her older brother finds this a little unfortunate, but he isn't very good with relationships himself, so he doesn't criticize her.
