Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
When she was only a hatchling, Lo had a moment, a moment of pure peace where she felt enlightened and blessed, safe and free. She knew not how this came onto her, nor why it left, but has slaved a lifetime trying to recreate this moment. At the time she was biting into a tart summer's blackberry, but she has guzzled barrel on barrel of the black fruit, only to find herself left with a slight indigestion and an utter hatred of the berry. The sun was shining at this moment, and it is little wonder that Lo is often in the infirmary for sunstroke, with the hours she spends out in the blazing sun in the middle of the day. The location she was in was in the forest clearing, where hunters and gatherers leave their prey to be transported back to the cave, but the sunny hours she spends there eating blackberries has made her a curiosity to her fellow dragons, and an annoyance to the stock keepers who constantly find themselves suffering from a blackberry shortage.
