Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Pyropemund Mystal RedFear (Clan Mystal) came into the clan cave as its' 49th dragon, born to an unlikely pairing between two clan Reds who couldn't be more different in their world views and positions within the clan. Following in her father's footsteps, she is somewhat of a recluse, preferring a quiet, solitary existence whenever possible. She struggles, however, with the dichotomy that exists within her as a result of her mother's influence, a deep desire to shield and protect those who cannot protect themselves. This internal conflict, perhaps, is what has led her to become one of the more feared and respected dragons of The Red Claw, for it is difficult to predict what her reaction will be in any given situation. She relishes in this fact, encouraging an ever growing and expanding reputation to precede her. This is not to suggest arrogance, for there is not a single conceited scale on her entire body, it is simply truth that fear translates into an effective protective device.
