Plated Colossus Dragons are one of the largest dragon species. These huge brutes are notorious bullies—they prefer to steal food from other dragons rather than finding it for themselves. As their thick hides are impervious to most forms of physical attack, Plated Colossi simply ignore the other dragons’ protests, or lash the offending dragon with their club-like tail, which can easily break a limb. Plated Colossi have slow metabolisms and do not need to eat often, but they may consume nearly half their body weight in one feeding. These dragons are not incredibly clever and any discussion with them will often center around eating.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The Giantbound siblings tend to ebb and flow in terms of personality. Most of them are strictly loyal to their parents, who pretty much control the valley in which they live. A few are more rebellious and even go against their breed's nature to bully others for food. Pacome fully embraces the former. She is by far the meanest of the Giantbound siblings. Her only loyalties lie with her mother, Peperomia, who treats her like a spoiled brat. Pacome will actively aggress other dragons for fun, destroy structures, and generally torment those around her, including her siblings. The one thing that really satisfies her, however, is a good fight. In truth, all Pacome really wants is a good battle, and she'll hunt down potential opponents like a blood hound. She'll commonly spar with her brothers, but she tends to get bored winning against them, so she seeks new challenges to test her strength.
