Sawtooth Dragons are stealthy hunters that have mastered the element of surprise to attack prey from both above and below. They are born and reside deep in the jungle, stalking swamps and hunting anything that moves until their wings are large enough to sustain them in flight, after which they leap into the air to soar through the treetops and dive at their unsuspecting victims. The Sawtooths’ long jaws are almost unrivaled in strength, with serrated teeth and a bite so powerful they can crush even large mammals—their primary food source.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deportation works in Inter-Region Travel Services in Tangle Jungle, though he doesn't appear on the public records as such. How he was named has nothing to do with his job: his mother called him "Shihschyl Eung", roughly meaning "lightning-marked pale" in a language he's long forgotten, but due to a combination of mistranslation and misinterpretation, the name eventually evolved into "Deportation". Which is a misnomer because when the Head Minister of Inter-Region Travel Services calls on him to attend to the matter of some particularly unwelcome individuals, they are not merely deported.
