Terrae Dragons are primarily herbivores who prefer to eat from the tops of trees. However, due to their massive size, they must rely on small, specialized scales to absorb and convert energy from the sun. Since they live in tightly-knit groups, this form of energy absorption helps preserve the forests in which these dragons reside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Once, Thessica, Angel, and Tesky were inseparable; three peas in a pod, until that fateful day.

The trio was playing hide-and-go-seek in the forest. Tesky was it and Thessica and Angel were hiding. Hours passed and though Thessica hadn't hidden very well, Tesky never found her. A bit miffed, she set out to find him and Angel, but she found neither. Color drained from the sky and she was forced to return alone.

After their disappearance, Thessica kept looking for her friends, sneaking out to continue her search. She was too young to really understand what happened.

Eventually she did learn, however. The Creorluna clan had taken them. As an adult, she became a fierce member of the efforts to bring the evil clan down, hoping to be reunited with her lost friends.

Her prayers did not go unanswered.

One day, they returned. While Tesky barely remembered her and Angel even less so, Thessica has firmly pushed herself back into their lives. The sparks between her and Tesky have even reignited.
