Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Chang-E is an elegant and very lovely dragon, calm and gracious in her demeanor. Her portion of the cave is beautifully decorated, and exudes peace and comfort. Her behavior is always perfectly proper, and she has never openly lost her temper (at least, no dragon or human will admit to seeing her do so).  She has a will of iron, though, and if she makes up her mind on a matter of principle, she will not move though the heavens themselves shake. She is fond of rabbits, and generally is accompanied by one or more, invariably well-groomed and perfectly litter-trained.
