Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sudi-Tumaini ("Lucky Hope") specializes in probability magic. He works by adjusting the odds so that the unlikely becomes likely. This is a very difficult technique, since probability naturally "resists" being adjusted rather strongly. It is also a very dangerous technique, since it is difficult to foretell the consequences of any given adjustment. Sudi is well-suited for this field as he is naturally a cheerful, optimistic dragon who invites luck by sheer force of personality. He is also very strong-willed and focused, and has done a great deal of work in conjunction with Freyja, known for her foreseeing abilities. Still, he uses his magic rarely and with great caution, as he is kind-hearted and hates it when he inadvertently does harm with one of his workings.
