Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Her name meanes "Black Beautiful Rose" in Japanese. She is a daughter of Jiro and Kazumi, and was raised alongside her siblings Xinme and Karasu. She is a very beautiful dragon and has a gorgeous singing voice, and likes to talk, a lot. She met Hanuke when she was telling a story, and noticed that he seemed to especially enjoy it. He was cute, so she decided to go introduce herself afterwards. When she asked his name, she was a little perturbed when he didn't answer her, just sat there looking embarrassed. She was about to ask him again, when she noticed that he was TRYING to talk, but couldn't. She was very embarrassed, but decided to make it up to him. So she asked him if it would be okay if they hung out for the day. As the days passed she quickly fell in love with the silent dragon, and he with her. Soon she could read him better than anyone but his family. They became mates, and although he will never be able to tell her how he feels, she knows. He loves her, and she loves him.
