Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Her name means "Sky" in Japanese. She is a very outgoing dragon, and considers all of the dragons in the colony to be her friends. Her best friends however are Akio, Sazanami, and Emi. She loves to hang out with her buddies whenever she's not out flying. She loves to fly high, and she loves to fly with her mother; they spend almost all of their time together. She always figured that she'd one day find a nice Skywing boy to be her mate, and was quite shocked when Sazanami instead introduced her to Mizuru, a shy but cute Water Dragon. She quickly realized that even if he didn't look like her prince, he was. They started hanging out, and soon enough they were courting. The day that Mizuru asked her to be his mate was one of the happiest of her life, and she is thrilled that she gets to spend the rest of eternity with the male she loves. They love each other so much, and look forward to spending eternity together.
