Pargulus Pygmies can often be found tending to plants and foraging for food. They like to care for other living things, be it plant or animal, and will often leave the food from their foraging trips outside the dens of those who need it or even just those they think could use a treat. These colorful little dragons are especially attentive to anyone who might be struggling to find food themselves, such as the elderly, the sick, or the very young. Pargulus pygmies have a surprisingly large range considering their small size. They have been known to travel far and wide to find food to bring back to their friends.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

User Description

Allende is one of the weakest fliers in her flock of mixed breeds, unable to properly whoosh and flit. Considering she didn't try until she was an adult, though, Allende is probably a great flier. She never attended flight lessons and wasn't terribly excited about flying when she was growing up. She was only made to learn much later in life because the group needed to migrate, and they didn't want her lagging and definitely didn't want to carry her. Allende now enjoys practicing, though she's coming along very, very slowly. She collides with trees, rocks, and other obstacles a lot, not that it dampens her mood any, but for safety reasons, when it comes to assigning chores each month, hers are done on or near the ground so she doesn't risk getting (even more) hurt.
