Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rock Treble is a lot of trouble. He, even though he is an adult, is very immature and bouncy. He enjoys hanging around Gold Staff. He wishes that he had been frozen as a hatchling so that his behavior could be more acceptable. His nickname is Rock 'n' Roll. Rock loves spending time with his daughter, Flyleaf Treble, though she is a rebel. He believes that she is just going through a phase that will pass in time. He doesn't know that she has made his wife cry on multiple occasions. He and his son, Fooper Treble, are very good friends. They are both childish, though Rock worries that his kid is even less mature that he is. His other son, Max Treble, causes him even more stress because of his floating away habit.
