Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Beeble Gray shows caring in his own way: by threatening death to anyone who so much as criticizes his friends and allies. He quickly befriends others, by declaring, "We are friends now!" He just as quickly makes enemies of former friends if they get in the way of his ambitions or pry about his childhood. He's very touchy when the subject of his homeland and parents come up, though he admits that he had no friends in his youth and had no idea what to do with himself other than take care of immediate survival needs. He was introduced to the concepts of friendship and long-term goals once he moved to a more peaceful region, and he took a shine to both.
