Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Firearm Oviparity is often found in a pillory, jailhouse, pen, or other place of confinement, since in his opinion, getting captured is a great way to study humans in towns, their "natural habitats". He doesn't want to commit any actual crimes, so he has to ask, and in some cases demand, to be arrested and imprisoned. If the structure he's in is a cage, stocks, or other device where he can be publicly humiliated, he'll wait to be jeered at, but to his disappointment, people don't do that to him, only to other prisoners. A proper scientist doesn't tell his subjects they're being studied lest they change their behavior, so nobody knows what Oviparity is doing, but many of them do have suspicions that he's watching and taking notes. If he must leave, either he asks to be freed or uses one of the spells in his memory to escape. Holiday dragons are usually a rare sight in large settlements, but Oviparity is not.
