It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ametrinzet Mystal BondMaker (Clan Mystal) is the 23rd member hatched to the clan cave. She differs greatly from her father in almost every way, save one; the value and importance of life. Ametrinzet is a devoted and loyal companion who strives to befriend all of nature's creations. Unlink others of her kind, she inherited some of her mother's pinkish coloration, giving her scales a soft, feminine luster. Most intriguing of her features, however, are her eyes, such a pale pink hue as to appear almost entirely colorless. The Clan Mother has spent countless hours with her, seemingly entranced within the deep, cloudlike emptiness found within those eyes. Many hatchlings have wondered if Ametrinzet lost her ability to see, to which she vehemently assures them, she has not. Of all things, she enjoys encouraging romance among the clan members, helping the as of yet, unmated wyrmlings to find both happiness and eventual mating.
