Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Morganendruil SongLight (after the gemstone: Morganite) is the twelfth clan dragon, amidst endearing teases from The Clan Mother describing her "full dozen". She is graceful and kind, and spends much of her time nurturing the egglings of the clan with sweet hymns and lullabies. The soft, harp-like tones echo throughout the cave, and accompany many of the clan dragons off to their slumber. Morganendruil came to the clan as a gift from another clan's Mother after rumors spread of the strength and success of the clan cave. From time to time, she journeys from the security and safety of the clan to visit the place of her birth, her origins, and speaks fondly of all the dragons there. Her scales have a soft, pinkish hue that sparkle in the light like the starry sky, countless pin pricks in the curtain of night. When the moon is just right, and she holds her head high, it is said that her song can influence the very spirit of the eggling within its shell, and thus, a new dragon begins.
