Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!

Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Since being an albino means having a snow-white skin colour, this female dragon wanted to be name 'Snow-White'. However, her caretaker, hit by a spur of inspiration, decided to use the little bits of Latin she knew and gave the name 'Nivea Draca' to her, intending for it to mean 'female snow dragon'. No one, to this day, has found out if that translation is true.
Nivea Draca didn't like being denied her wishes, and, since she doesn't view the human girl as her mother like many other caveborn hatchlings believe, she has now qualms making the girl's life hell. When she isn't hunting her through the cave-system, she annoys her to no end with her owl-like shrieks or tries coating her in that oily secretion her skin produces.
