Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Jantine is very much her father's daughter. Raised to be a fighter but gifted with a heart full of good intentions she has made both of her parents proud. Competitive, like her father, she is over-joyed to participate in various games with other dragons. Jantine is what you might call a fairly flirtacious creature, attracting many suitors that her father promptly attempts to chase off in a fit of rage. She doesn't seem to mind though, and although her father loves to battle and prove himself she enjoys activities that are of a less violent nature. She travels across the land helping to relieve the mortals of drought to save their crops and their families. Although she is a bit short-tempered at times she is well-liked and well-loved by all who meet her.
