Blusang Lindwyrms are quite different from most dragons in that they lack hind legs. In this regard, they resemble snakes, and this is evident in their movement; these lindwyrms slither along the ground, using their forelegs to lift them over rougher terrain. Blusangs are a coastal breed, preferring to live along rocky beaches and in seaside caves rather than sandy locations. They are omnivores who graze on seaweed from time to time, although their primary form of sustenance is fish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Some of Tsebio's oldest memories are of asking his parents to read newspaper articles following the investigation of the murder of a well-known two-headed lindwyrm. He has always been fascinated with the law, but has too much anxiety to become an officer or investigator himself. When his best friend, Legwyrm, got the idea to use magic to record plays, he volunteered to round up some friends and have them act out the story of a popular murder mystery novel to provide sample material. The experiment worked, and soon they (with help from Legwyrm's mother) put together a company to create and distribute such magically-recorded plays for viewing in crystal balls, magic mirrors and similar devices all over the place. They called it the Blusang Broadcasting Coalition. Tsebio was never good with distribution, but he has become a master of making murder mysteries, both from novels and coming up with his own storylines. Blusang murder mysteries have practically become their own genre due to him.
