Tetra Dragons are often found in large groups. They are very social both with their own species and with others. Tetra Dragons are very active and change locations quite frequently. Males defend small parts of territory within the groups but major conflicts rarely occur. Tetra Dragons prefer territory with lots of natural hiding places and can be skittish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Yend travels in the same group as her parents and aspires to hold a leadership role. She isn't very self-confident, however, so when asked to make a decision she often fumbles and turns to others for assurance that her choices are good. At some level she realizes that she either needs to get a goal that matches her personality or overcome her shyness to achieve her goal, but so far neither has happened. She fills her spare time fishing and playing marbles.
