Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

SoS is one of the loneliest dragons in the world. Despite living in a peaceful clan with a loving mate, he suffers from a constant feeling of disconnect. He often feels like he is all alone in a cold, dark, and damp world. Everyone around him, be it dragon or human, appears to be an emotionless puppet, and although he cries out his anguish and loneliness no one ever seems to hear him. He is in constant care of Daydream Believer who tries to find a cure for SoS' emotional turmoil but so far to little success.
