Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Art was happy. For a few couple of years she was very, very happy. She had everything a Royal Blue dragoness (at least one from her clan) could dream of: a loving mate, creativity and talent, and the love of the audiences of the MAA.

But then her relationship with her mate went downhill. Paul and her couldn't stand to see each other, let alone work on their art together. Art couldn't help but growing bitter and all her years of fruitful partnership now seemed hollow and false. She got the feeling that her mate took advantage of her all the time. Nowadays she only sings songs about bunny-rabbits when she isn't reprising old hits.
