Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

As the only waterhorse who hasn't moved away and who hasn't been eaten, Water is the local Swimmy Boy who retrieves things in the lake, whether it be aquatic life or something some other dragon accidentally dropped in the water. He seems to always know what to say to the baikala to avoid being her food. He honestly believes that the lake monster "isn't so bad once you get to know her", but no one else wishes to risk their lives finding out whether he's telling the truth. It's rumored that the flattery that Water uses is genuine flirting, and he would make squishy two-headed mutant babies with the baikala if he could, but the other dragons don't say this directly to him, thinking he'd be so insulted that he'd no longer agree to be their Swimmy Boy.
