Hellhorse Dragons are foul-tempered, spirited creatures with tempestuous and violent dispositions. Torrents of scorching flames erupt from their bodies and can easily set their surroundings ablaze. Highly aggressive and territorial toward other dragon species, Hellhorses will tolerate others as long as they believe the association to be beneficial. Such alliances are tenuous in nature and frequently short-lived, as the slightest disagreement can easily escalate into a full-out brawl.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A brutal and vicious Hellhorse, Haydn isn't happy unless he's destroying something. This rambunctious dragon has a knack for property damage. Literally no nice things can be kept around him unless they should be smashed to pieces. This also includes the bodies and morales of any dragons he encounters. Haydn has a habit of starting fights pretty much out of nowhere. The very second he feels there is peace, he will disrupt it like a lightning strike. And, if he cannot defeat an opponent or said opponent seems too easy to beat, he'll simply revert to stinging insults. Haydn is just a problem. He thrives solely in an environment where there is chaos, and any respect he offers others is usually feigned or short lived. He will at least listen to his older sisters, Mare and Conleth, other Hellhorses far stronger than him and can (and do) beat him down easily.
