Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Putting houses on the best farmland would be a waste and the rules he puts out legally protect the acreage from being wasted. Other areas he sets aside for industry, housing, markets, meeting halls, and whatever else Nworset needs. If dragons want to rezone a their property for a new usage, z0ne is the one they need to talk to. He consults maps or peers into them in a way that lead to the general belief that he has some degree of clairvoyance and is actually studying what the districts will look like in the future. Some time ago, Vinerony had a rezoning request denied and still complains of being "z0ned out."
