A lanky, grouchy young dino whose face seems to never change expression, Napoleon is an outcast in his small dragon community. He doesn't like them, and they don't like him. He has unusual interests and an inability to hold a basic friendly conversation, but he has managed to make two friends, Deb and Pedro, who are similarly dorky. Despite his belligerence and inflated ego, he genuinely cares about his fellow outcasts and goes out of his way to help them, including campaigning for Pedro to become class president.
