Avatars of Destruction possess a volatile disposition. They thrive on chaos and decay, and their horns and plated scales are as hard as forged metal. Because of their affinity with darkness and the destructive forces of nature, it was once thought that these dragons were omens of ill fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

One day, bored with just being the force of destructive might, Socks decided that if she put her mind to it, she could achieve the opposite: create something. Now, she is known in the valley territory of Sierra-V as a playwright. Her plays are all exciting and eventful, but not necessarily in a good way. Watching a play by Socks is like going to a loud party and getting cornered by an inebriated wizard who keeps blasting spells and lights in your face, although unlike parties (at least those that Socks isn't invited to), her plays almost always end with everything exploding or being set alight, because that's how she feels things should be. Many viewers genuinely enjoy them: the silly pieces of entertainment do seem aware of their own tackiness, and certainly the special effects are good. Whenever Socks sits among the audience for a showing, they don't dare say anything that might be construed as criticism, lest she do "The Avatar of Destruction Thing" to them and their surroundings.
