White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Coffeen charges patients a variable but hefty sum of jewels, food, mana crystals, and other nice things before she heals them. Even a minor scrape costs gold dust or a honey scone or something. She does this despite rooming with her friend who is perfectly happy to cast healing spells for free. While Coffeen is as skilled as any white, her fees are a ploy to avoid other people. She dislikes being asked for "doctor stuff" due to a fear of failure, but since she won't admit it to anybody, making others pay her means there should be nobody willing to seek her help. This tactic sometimes has the opposite effect: people assume that perhaps Coffeen wants compensation because she is more skilled and knowledgeable than her mate, and they ask her anyway.
