Perhaps among the most venerated of dragon breeds is the Zyumorph, a breed whose selfless heroism and strong moral compass are nearly unparalleled by other dragons. Zyumorphs have an innate urge to fend off wrongdoing, and as such, are often sought after in times of peril. Although they are independently quite capable fighters, it is said that their true might is not unlocked until all six Zyumorphs are brought together in times of great duress.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

If she must be out and about, Groundwork travels via an entity made of smaller entities, a giant "creature" made entirely using magic. If she's called to fix some big problem, she might as well have fun on the way. She creates many, many drake-sized illusory clones of herself, and the thousands of them stick together as a mass to form a red, glowing, tentacled beast, which Groundwork gleefully rides. Once at the location of the disturbance, Groundwork personally appears by loudly bursting out of the belly portion of her transport, showering the surroundings with pieces of clones that couldn't remain in the mass. Sometimes, just this display is enough to solve the issue: people are so awed by the spectacle and magical might that they stop what they're doing. If one were to touch Groundwork's wriggling ride, they would feel nothing but air and residual magic—there really is nothing physical there—but most people would rather not get close to Groundwork at all while she patrols.
