As a Private in the Dino Army, it is Chuc's duty to do all the work set out for him by his superiors. Unfortunately, Chuc is the only private in the army, and therefore spends most of his day trotting back and forth between higher ranking members, leaving little time for him to actually complete the tasks he is set. As a result of this Chuc frequently has to sleep outside the cave as punishment for his inadequacy so often that he has built his own shelter for when he is forced to camp outside. While Chuc is ignorant of the cause of the Dino Army and its principles, he still marches proudly onwards in his Khaki uniform, honoured to be a part of what he sees as a distinguished and historic organisation. Chuc seems to be oblivious to the other dragons sniggering at him and the abuse of his superiors, but somehow harbours no resentment towards them. At rollcall, he shouts his name loud enough for a hundred cadets, and parades like he has an entire army close behind in his footsteps.
