Labradorite dragons are some of the most potent siphons of mana in Valkemare. Dragons and other magical creatures in close proximity to a Labradorite will weaken over time, and extended exposure may even be fatal. However, Labradorites have no control over this effect; any harm they may cause is almost always unintentional. In order to protect others from their draining, they make their homes in the labyrinthine depths of underground caves. Perhaps as a result of this seclusion, Labradorites are gracious hosts to the brave few who dare explore their dark caverns. Legends tell of how these curious dragons traded their sight for wisdom, and those who seek their guidance are richly rewarded with stories, advice, and the odd gemstone.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sunken lives all alone in a boot-shaped cave deep underground, and she sometimes gets lonely. Fortunately, her signs pointing to her lair seem to have reached a lot of people. When someone comes down to see her, she likes to share two things: facts and drawings, both of which she created all by herself. Her facts are cool and very interesting, and definitely accurate. And she's the best artist in this cave. She wishes she had more visitors.
