Antarean Dragons are peaceful creatures shrouded in mystery. They are primarily found in the desert where they get most of their energy from sunbathing. Their most notable traits are their highly reflective manes and the mysterious light emitted by their scales which fades from bright, nearly blinding yellow-white into dim red as the dragons get older. Legend claims that they are otherworldly beings that came to this world when a meteor struck.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Night Space Dust has the sharpest eyesight in her community, a fact that has empirical evidence to back up! It's odd to be proud of a characteristic she has no control over, but she's proud nonetheless. When not performing her dual duties as lab glass assistant and sitter of the kiddies nicknamed The Not-Antareans, she's spending the night in the flat desert away from the lights of Gristle Vill, staring up at the sky. Other inhabitants remark that they wouldn't be surprised if star and dust patterns reminiscent of nebulae appeared on her coat and wings.
