Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Restrengthen is a member of the Demolitions Guild, and the grand prize winner of the 23. Concrete Sweep Challenge, a fact she is super proud of because usually, only lifelong members of the guild win that competition. She has a lifetime ban from the guild kitchen, which is totally unfair because she did nothing wrong. She once marched into the kitchen to argue with the manager about how wrong it was to ban her for no good reason, and her sparks accidentally set a stack of towels alight. After another guild member extinguished the flame, the towels and counter underneath them came out with some black marks, the recipe scroll was unreadable with water damage, and a stool under the countertop had to be replaced, but otherwise, there was little damage. Still, it did not help Restrengthen's case for lifting the ban, and her lifetime ban became two lifetimes bans. She doesn't know what that means, but it doesn't sound good.
