Fire Gem Dragons are a colorful, flamboyant breed often found in hot climates, particularly around active volcanoes. Their broad tails store the flames they breathe, which are colored by the heavy amount of minerals in the water they drink. These dragons come in a variety of colors, and will collect shiny trinkets and stones that match their own coloration. Despite their hoarding tendencies, though, Fire Gem dragons are social and will often congregate in groups and show off their collections while fawning over the stones their friends and rivals have gathered, occasionally arranging trades.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Fire Gemina seems a little confused about what species he is and how many heads are involved. The truth is, he is not a gemina, no matter what he says about the fire spirit that follows him around everywhere being his "second head". The truth is that the fire spirit was cursed to go out if it went too far away from a magical ruby, and that ruby was made into an amulet which Fire Gemina was given as a hatchling and has kept with him ever since. When he got too big to wear the amulet as a necklace, he wrapped it around his wrist, and now he has grown to the point where he could not get the band off over his foreclaw, even if he wanted to. The fire spirit does not mind the arrangement, as the amulet's previous owner kept it in a box in a back closet where others rarely went, so the spirit got lonely.

For a brief period of time, Fire Gemina took up baking. He has the distinct distinction of being the first contestant knocked out of the first season of the Great Blusang Bake-off.
