Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Kinetic Energy (Kinetic) isn't unlike most whiptails. His pride and determination to be better than his best started to get in the way of everything else. His job is to gather flocks of birds for meat, tools and bedding. However, sometimes he gets a little arrogant, thinking that he out fly any bird and he herds and secludes them from the flock and races them until the poor animal is exhausted and literally falls right out of the sky, which is when Kinetic snatches them in his jaws. Kinetic was never the nurturing type and he could never picture himself sitting next to a female who had her tail wrapped around an egg. However, soon after he grew up, instinct told him that it was time to pass on his genes and he took a nocturne dragon as his mate. Together he and his mate, Night Fire of Fury (Furyfire) have many eggs, but Kinetic still just views the eggs as a grounding factor that forbids him to stay free.
